Order straight from the Value Connect Portal, alongside your appraisal orders, and open any AVM report you have ordered there whenever you need it.
No data available on the property? Use the HPI option: enter a prior property value and its appraisal or sale date, and we index it forward to today.
Give us just the address for a quick result, or add property details when you have them to improve the accuracy of the valuation.

You need a Value Connect Portal account. Registration takes a few minutes, and once it is complete you can order AVMs and appraisals from the same place.
No. Reports ordered through valueconnect.ai did not carry over, and that portal closed on September 30, 2026. Every AVM you order in the Value Connect Portal is saved to your account and available any time.
If you already order appraisals through the Value Connect Portal, no. Use the same sign-in. If you have only used valueconnect.ai, you create a new account and password when you register.
Yes. You get the same AVM data you rely on today. What changes is where you order it and how much control you have over each order: Property Value, Rental, or combined, with an HPI option and optional property details.
